On February 26 from 12-1:30pm in HSSB room 3041, The Latin and Iberian Studies department will be hosting a roundtable talk with several UCSB professors about the crisis in Venezuela: the hyperinflation and scarcity of food as well as its political turbulence. The goal of this talk is to understand the reasons for these events.

The discussion will feature Kathleen Bruhn (Political Science), Evelyne Laurent-Perrault (History), Juan Pablo Lupi (Spanish and Portuguese), and Andreína Soto Segura (History).
