Ulrike Klinger, professor of digital democracy at the European New School of Digital Studies in Frankfurt, Germany, will discuss the role of digital media in election campaigns public communication. Klinger will examine a study comparing the 2014 and 2019 European Parliament elections. She will also provide insight into from the recent German elections in September, analyzing political posts on Facebook.
