Join the Interdisciplinary Humanities Center for a dialogue between UCSB History professor Patrick McCray and UCSB English professor Alan Liu about McCray’s new book, Making Art Work: How Cold War Engineers and Artists Forged a New Creative Culture. His book explores the creative collaborations between engineers, artists, scientists and curators over the last 50 years. An audience Q&A will follow the talk.
