Science journalist Erica Gies spoke about innovators in the Slow Water movement, a movement focused on figuring out what water wants—and accommodating its desires within our human landscapes. She discussed crucial survival strategies that we need to incorporate in order to better our relationship with water and the experts in ecology and engineering involved in the movement. Her work has been published in the New York Times, Scientific American, and The Atlantic.
