UCSB Jazz ensemble presents women in jazz

The UCSB Jazz Ensemble presented a concert celebrating female jazz composers and performers on the first day of Women's History Month. Artists featured included Melba Liston, Lil Hardin (Armstrong), Maria Schneider, Ayn Inserto, and more. World renowned, Los Angeles-based trumpet artist Barbara Laronga joined the ensemble as a featured soloist.
