Featured speakers included: Andy Bales, former President and CEO of Union Rescue Mission, David Garcia, Policy Director for the Terner Center for Housing Innovation, Rasheedah Phillips, Director of Housing at PolicyLink, Eric Tars, Senior Policy Director of the National Homelessness Law Center, and LAist 89.3 station host Larry Mantle.
